The Prior Performing Arts Center is hiring the following positions:

NEW: Director of Production. The Prior Performing Arts Center’s Director of Production manages a production team that serves the academic arts departments and programs; the world-renowned dancers, musicians, and theater artists in our visiting artist series; and other campus and community constituents.

NEW: Arts Marketing and Communications Manager. Develops and manages integrated marketing and communication efforts from planning through execution and evaluation in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment; ensures the implementation and quality of strategies that promote, brand, and sell the creative and performing arts at Holy Cross; supports alignment with College-wide marketing and communications strategy; and serves as a public-facing representative of The Prior and The Cantor in planning and conducting various forms of campus and community outreach.

NEW: Prior Performing Arts Center and Cantor Art Gallery Office Coordinator. Unites the essential administrative operations of The Prior and The Cantor in service of their closely related artistic and educational missions, while simultaneously offering tailored support to each unit based on their unique staffing structures and needs.  

ONGOING: Theatre Operations Technicians I, II, and III. Temporary overhire labor supporting productions and events at the Prior Performing Arts Center. With specialized knowledge in one or more technical areas, members of the Theater Operations Technician pool provide production services including lighting, audio, video, rigging, staging, wardrobe, stage management, and/or front-of-house assistance. This position assists with productions spanning multiple genres such as music, dance, theater, and lectures. Technicians should have a sufficient knowledge of theatrical systems and front-of-house / back-of-house etiquette.
