Request Event Space
Members of the Holy Cross community may request to reserve space in The Prior Performing Arts Center for a variety of events and activities that take advantage of its unique resources. Requests from greater Worcester community partners must currently be made in collaboration with one or more units at Holy Cross.
Before filling out the form, please read the following notes carefully for important information about Space Requests at The Prior.
Note 1
Request acceptance is limited by literal calendar availability, particularly in the center’s two theaters, but equally importantly, by the operational capacity of the performing arts center’s staff.
Note 2
Student requests must be made in conjunction with an academic department or the Office of Student Involvement.
Note 3
During the confirmation process, you will be informed of all procedures and relevant facilities use policies regarding the space in question, including your responsibility as the reservation holder for set-up, clean-up, and any relevant staffing. The Prior’s scheduling team will determine any necessary resource activation based on your request parameters which may require triggered costs to be billed to you.
Note 4
During the confirmation process, you will be informed of any charges pertaining to your request. You will be responsible for coordinating with all other campus units (e.g., Catering & Events, Facilities, Campus AV, etc.) for any necessary auxiliary elements.
During the 2025-26 academic year, Space Request priority is given to programming that aligns with the mission of The Prior Performing Arts Center and requires the unique resources of the center.
